Care and Support Services is seeking a senior-level
Dual Registered Home Manager
to lead two therapeutic children's homes. You will be at the forefront of service delivery, compliance, staff development, and trauma-informed care -- with the scale and support to shape lives and teams across multiple locations.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing operations across two residential homes
Leading recruitment, performance management, and team culture
Ensuring care standards, safeguarding, and regulation compliance
Delivering therapeutic leadership using the PACE model
Overseeing placement plans, health plans, and care review systems
Managing budgets, resources, rotas, and financial reporting
Building strong relationships with families, local authorities, and professionals
Leading inspections, audits, and Regulation 45 processes
Providing on-the-ground leadership and stepping in when needed
What You Will Need
Proven experience managing a children's residential home (dual-site experience preferred)
Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role
Experience working with young people with EBD and trauma
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or enrolled)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and LAC procedures
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
