Registered Home Manager - Children's Residential Care

Care and Support Services is looking for an experienced, driven, and trauma-informed Registered Home Manager to take full responsibility for one of our therapeutic children's homes. This is a leadership role where you will build a strong team, ensure regulatory excellence, and most importantly - help vulnerable young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
What You Will Be Doing
Leading day-to-day operations of the home
Providing therapeutic, trauma-informed leadership
Managing recruitment, supervisions, and team development
Overseeing budgets, rotas, and care plans
Promoting safeguarding and compliance at every level
Acting as a point of contact for families, social workers, and professionals
Handling audits, inspections, and Regulation 45 reporting
Maintaining a strong, visible presence within the home
What You Will Need
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in children's residential care
Experience working with EBD, SEN, or trauma
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or enrolled)
Strong understanding of LAC procedures and compliance requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Confidence, calm under pressure, and a passion for quality care
