Job Description
Responsibilities
Installing fan coil units with primary and secondary ducts
Interpret and work from schematics to assemble and install various components. Build and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct regular equipment repairs and maintenance to prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Demonstrate leadership by guiding less experienced staff and providing training as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in reading schematics related to equipment assembly and installation. Experience in air conditioning systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently. Leadership skills to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work atmosphere. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
