Role Responsibilities
Our Duty Managers are key members of the management team. You'll be responsible for driving customer excellence forward and creating a safe and secure environment for both our guests and associates.
In the role of Duty Manager you will be ambassador for the hotel and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests and attending to Health & Safety best practices and legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills and remarkable attention to detail.
