Role Overview
We are looking for a new addition to our Production Team to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail are critical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our Digital Cutter, alongside undertaking a range of print finishing duties. This role suits someone with a strong work ethic, a calm and practical approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider production team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Digital Cutter with precision and efficiency
Interpret job sheets, and specifications to ensure production accuracy
Carry out routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and fault reporting
Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards and specifications
Undertake print finishing duties as required
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet workflow demands and production targets
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety at all times
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Digital Cutter
High attention to detail and quality control
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to work calmly and practically under pressure
Personal Attributes:
Flexible team player with a positive attitude
Able to manage tasks on own initiative as well as collaboratively
Strong work ethic with a good sense of humour
Willingness to support wider production needs when required
Education
GCSE or equivalent (required)
Work Authorisation
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
