Languages Required: Dutch and English (written and spoken) Knowledge of additional languages such as French and German, is a strong plus.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our Region Head in the Netherlands. This role involves hands-on support with online marketplace management, customer service, content optimization, and operational tasks across our e-commerce channels. Remote work is possible, but candidates based in the Europe are preferred for better alignment with regional operations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and phone for Dutch and international customers Optimize and manage product content across various online marketplaces Assist in scheduling and contributing to social media posts and promotional campaigns Support execution of newsletters, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Review and enhance product listings on the website for accuracy and SEO Suggest improvements for website functionality or user experience Process and monitor orders for both B2C and B2B customers Assist with onboarding and connecting new sales channels using ChannelEngine Work with internal systems such as SAP for order and inventory management Coordinate and communicate effectively with Dutch and international team members
Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the Benelux region Knowledge of SAP and Channel Engine is a strong advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Additional languages such as French and German, are a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and work independently Understanding of the Dutch digital retail landscape is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-58,734.92 per year
