We're looking for a
driven and proactive individual
to join our team in a diverse role that covers customer service, sales, order processing, and digital marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer emails and phone enquiries to assist with orders and drive sales.
Supporting our social media channels (e.g.
WoWbbq's Instagram
), helping to engage customers and grow our brand presence.
Creating
SEO-rich content
to enhance our websites and improve search rankings.
Assisting with order fulfilment, including
picking and packing
, to gain a full understanding of the business and help streamline operations.
What We're Looking For
Hardworking and self-motivated
with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills

IT proficiency
