What this job involves:

The Early Careers Recruitment Advisor will assist in everything Early Careers from managing the

recruitment process from start to finish, maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders to liaising with universities and external providers to ensure we are doing the best to attract young & Diverse talent into the business.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to end in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager, which includes but is not limited to, reviewing volume Applications & tracking Diversity data, interview shortlisting & scheduling and delivering and processing offers.
  • Training the business on the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Assisting/holding feedback calls and providing advice around hires
  • Attending regular meetings with key stakeholders and taking notes if needed
  • Assisting the EC Recruitment manager with regular updates on the recruitment process
  • Managing external partnerships with attraction partners, Early Careers forums, and Universities
  • Attending Early Careers events on campus, on site and at external DEI events
  • Managing the Avature Event pipeline to keep candidates warm & engaged
  • Coming up with new ideas regarding attraction & process taking into consideration DEI initiatives
  • Maintaining our external attraction account, sending campaign messages, and getting back to the students
  • Managing the Early Careers Inbox
  • Arranging and scheduling Assessment centres during recruitment season
  • Posting open roles on Workday & our external attraction account, notifying key University contacts of these roles
  • Keeping up to date with EC Trends by attending events & webinars
  • Keeping up to date with Careers Fairs & the registrations
  • Posting events on our Attraction account & inviting candidates to apply
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
  • Experience with Workday & the ability to use many different Recruitment & Attraction systems.
  • Event experience from organising to attending (desirable)
  • Experience with managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with running the full recruitment cycle from job opening to close and with volume or junior roles desirable.
  • Excel knowledge desirable but not essential (Pivot tables / VLOOKUP)
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure during busy times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Recruitment ATS experience
  • Technology System experience
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Confident networker who is able and confident to speak to people of all levels
  • Excellent Stakeholder management
  • Recruitment Advisory or coordination experience
  • Passion for Early Careers & DEI
