About The Role
Knight Frank is looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to play a central role in the attraction, recruitment and development of our Early Careers programmes. Sitting within the Attraction & Recruitment stream, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the forefront of shaping the next generation of talent at Knight Frank.

What the role will entail
Managing the end-to-end attraction and recruitment process for all Early Careers programmes including graduate, internship, placement, Residential Academy and apprenticeship programmes.
Acting as the face of Knight Frank at universities and industry events, building our employer brand and candidate pipeline.
Leading the delivery of assessment centres, ensuring fair, inclusive, and professional candidate experiences.
Designing and delivering internship programmes, from induction through to evaluation and graduate pipeline conversion.
Partnering with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, plan initiatives, and continuously improve our Early Careers offering.
Supporting the wider Early Careers team on onboarding and strategic projects.
Acting as an ambassador for Knight Frank's Early Careers function internally and externally.
What you will be responsible for
Attraction & Marketing
Partner with the Head of Early Careers to define and deliver the go-to-market strategy each year.
Build strong relationships with target universities and student societies to promote Knight Frank as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with diversity and inclusion partners to ensure outreach and attraction efforts reach a broad and diverse student audience.
Represent Knight Frank at campus and industry events (both in-person and virtual), coordinating business representatives to maximise impact.
Assisting external agencies with promotional activities and hiring brand ambassadors to represent Knight Frank.
Assessment & Selection
Lead the planning and delivery of assessment centres across all programmes, ensuring a fair, consistent, and inclusive process.
Oversee the screening process for high-volume applications, drawing on the support of the team and leveraging technology.
Work with stakeholders to ensure assessors are trained and prepared, materials are ready, and logistics run smoothly.
Review assessment processes annually with the Head of Early Careers, recommending improvements based on data and feedback.
Programme Delivery
Manage the delivery of internship programmes (4-week and 12-week), including inductions, team allocations, and feedback loops.
Partner with business leads to design and deliver high-quality experiences that add value to students and the firm.
Gather and analyse feedback to inform future programme design and identify high-potential candidates for the graduate pipeline.
General Support & Projects
Support the wider Early Careers team with onboarding and induction activities as required.
Contribute to strategic projects that enhance the candidate and employee experience.
Act as an ambassador for Knight Frank's Early Careers function internally and externally.
What experience you will need
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in Early Careers, HR, or recruitment, ideally within a fast paced, dynamic or professional services environment.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple pipelines to tight deadlines.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience of public speaking or presenting.
A track record of collaborative team working and proactive contribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
