It\'s an exciting time to be joining our early careers team as we look to review our early careers strategy from resourcing right through to the design & delivery of the programme across Europe. We are looking for a Talent Consultant to join the team and support with the design and delivery of the training elements of our early careers programme. You will be involved in delivering and facilitating training sessions, both face to face and virtually, and supporting with any future redesign of the programme.

The successful candidate will also take a lead on our apprenticeships, including our Digital Apprenticeship System (DAS), managing relationships with our training providers, and providing data, advice, and guidance to the business.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support the Early Careers Talent Manager with the programme management of the AECOM early careers talent programme ADVANCE.
  • Aid in the design and delivery of sessions, both in person and virtually, which form part of the ADVANCE programme and wider early careers initiatives. This will include some travel to AECOM offices and off-site venues, which may also include overnight stays.
  • With support from our Early Careers Coordinators, lead on the management of apprenticeships across the business, including management of AECOM\'s Digital Apprenticeship System (DAS), managing relationships with our training providers, and providing data, advice, and guidance to the business as required. Review and implement strategies to align our apprenticeship programs with our early careers objectives, ensuring best practice from an apprentice and line manager point of view.
  • Work with the wider early careers team to support in the organisation of virtual and face to face ADVANCE events as and when required.
  • Advise and support line managers on key early careers related items such as internal policies and processes, the whole apprenticeship piece, and the wider ADVANCE programme.
  • Support and take a lead on wider Early Careers projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience within training, learning and development or talent management.
  • A relevant HR degree or qualification would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate experience of designing and delivering training, both virtually and in person.
  • Experience and understanding of apprenticeships including the apprentice levy and DAS would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence key stakeholders in the business to ensure all early careers processes are followed.
  • Demonstrate experience of process improvement, and a drive to deliver excellence and to continuously improve.
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to record and present data accurately and professionally.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
