Salford Early Help Service provides a wide range of support to families across the community, working in partnership with local services and organisations. As an Early Help Screening Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring families are aware of the support available and are connected with the right help to meet their needs.

Early Help Screening Officer
. In this pivotal role, you will be the
first point of contact
for families, members of the public, and professionals seeking support at an early help level. You'll play a key part in exploring family strengths and needs, connecting people with the right services, and ensuring that every family receives the help they need at the right time.
You will also support the Bridge Practice Manager in developing and maintaining effective systems and processes, working closely with colleagues and partner organisations to promote integrated, family-focused support across Salford.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator, confident in speaking with families and professionals.
Organised, with strong attention to detail when recording and managing information.
Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with sensitive or challenging situations.
Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about local services and early help support.
Committed to safeguarding children and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
