GREAT Salary

:

13.00 - 14.62ph / Up to 32,310pa (Based on 42.5 hours) - Depending on hours, qualification, experience)

FLEXIBLE Days/Hours: (Please see below)

3, 4 or 5 Day Options 30 hours across 3 full days OR 40 hours across 4 full days OR 42.5 hours across 5 days Shifts between 7.45am-6.15pm All Year Round / Permanent

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery. Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery. Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families. Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role

Driving License preferred due to location

Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
