Job Description
At Goldilocks Nursery Ashford we pride ourselves on providing high quality care and education to children 0-5 years.
Due to increasing numbers we are looking to recruit a qualified Early Years Practitioner .
You are required to hold a full and relevant Early Years Qualification to a minimum of Level 2
as well as having experience and relevant training for working with children.Working hours will be Monday to Friday 12 till 6pm
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is met at all times
Providing stimulating and well-planned experiences within the early year's foundation stage curriculum
Being proactive and showing commitment to ensuring that all children attending the setting, receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive stimulating play experiences, which meet their individual needs and interests
Acting as a key person for an allocated group of children, ensuring care and planning of experiences meet their individual needs, interest and next steps of development
Building strong relationships with parents ensuring they feel valued and supported in developing learning at home
To keep abreast of all local and national changes that affect early years.
At Goldilocks Nursery our main priority is the safety of the children, for this reason an Enhanced Disclosure and two references checks is always carried out for any positions at our Nursery.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 15,000.00-20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends
