CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A (MINIMUM) NVQ LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS AND CHILDCARE QUALIFICATION AND HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CHILDCARE TO APPLY.

We're looking for a confident, creative Early Year's Practitioner to join our nursery, on a part time basis - 16 to 24 hours. We offer a cosy, friendly atmosphere with small rooms designed for children's growth. Both children and staff enjoy wonderful outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities

The delivery of the EYFS to a very high standard. Ensure the provision of high-quality learning and care. To promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members. To ensure the delivery of excellent practice with regard to SEN and inclusion. To work as part of the whole nursery team contributing to the nursery's overall development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.

Qualifications

and Experience

Level 3 NVQ in Early Years is essential. We may consider an NVQ Level 2 with experience. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is required. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Good knowledge of Safeguarding. Committed to continuous professional development. Committed to equality and inclusion.

Pay: 15,263.00-16,225.00 per year
