We are looking to recruit a friendly, outgoing, and meticulous Eco Administrator to support our inbound and outbound customer contact and submissions team.
This role consists of handling incoming customer communications, resolving customer queries, and collating all submission evidence and pictures for our ECO work.
We provide energy efficiency and heating measures to homes in Great Britain to support individuals who receive government benefits with keeping their homes warmer and reducing energy bills and cardon emissions via the ECO4 government fund.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident and professional over the phone and is looking to take on a role that highlights those characteristics.
