Position: Eco Submissions Administrator

Location: Bridgend CF31

We're currently looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Eco4 Submissions Administrator

to join our friendly and supportive team. In this vital role, you'll help ensure that all Eco4 scheme documentation is submitted accurately and on time, keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and processing Eco4 submissions and related documentation Ensuring all submissions meet compliance requirements and deadlines Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather required information Keeping organized and accurate records of all submissions and correspondence Assisting in report preparation and audits related to the Eco4 scheme

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working as part of an ECO4 submission team is essential Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Familiarity with the

Eco4 scheme

or similar government-funded energy programs Clear and professional communication skills - both written and verbal A team player who's also comfortable working independently
