Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer programmes. The successful applicant will contribute to the growth of our online presence and support day-to-day administrative functions within the e-commerce department.

Responsibilities



Manage and update product listings across multiple online platforms with accuracy and attention to detail Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of transactions using software such as QuickBooks and data entry tools Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure stock levels are maintained and shipments are dispatched promptly Assist in creating promotional content and updating website content using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Monitor website analytics and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation Support administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and general office duties as required

Requirements



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email or chat platforms Strong typing skills for efficient data management and correspondence Previous administrative or e-commerce experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used within the company Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
