We are a growing luxury menswear streetwear brand looking for a motivated, organised, and team-focused entry-level E-commerce Administrator to join our Manchester based team. This hands-on is perfect for someone starting their career in e-commerce who enjoys supporting both online operations and creative projects. You'll be working closely with a small, friendly, and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Deliver an excellent standard of customer service across all channels
Manage online order returns and exchanges efficiently
Upload and maintain products on Shopify
Support product launches, promotions, and offers
Update online campaigns and website content
Assist with photoshoots when needed
Support the wider team with ad hoc e-commerce and administrative tasks
