To support the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business by managing product listings, maintaining the online stores via the admin site, assisting in order fulfilment, and supporting digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, optimize, and manage product listings with compelling copy, accurate specs, and high-quality images.
Ensure all product pages meet platform requirements (A+ content on Amazon, item specifics on eBay, etc.).
Setting up promotional banners, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation.
Resolve listing issues, monitor policy compliance, and handle case escalations or appeals.
Monitor and improve conversion rates, reviews/ratings, and seller performance metrics.
Manage day-to-day operations of the websites and e-commerce platforms
Ensure accurate categorization and tagging of products for better user experience and SEO.
Identify trends and recommend data-backed actions for continuous improvement.
Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth fulfilment and shipping.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email or e-commerce chat
