We are updating the system our customers use to make their orders and need some help moving our large library of designs over. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our friendly team for a temporary project.
The Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to support us with an important project. Your main task will be to help us move our product designs from our old system to a new one. This involves some straightforward work in Adobe Photoshop and our e-commerce software. Full training on our specific process will be provided.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organised, happy with computer-based tasks, and looking to gain practical experience in an e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Work through a list of product designs, preparing them for our new website.
Use Adobe Photoshop for routine tasks like opening files, resizing images, and saving them in the correct format (e.g., PNG).
Upload the prepared images into our new system, ensuring they are applied to the correct products.
Carefully check that designs look right on the product mockups, spotting any errors in alignment or quality.
Keep a simple spreadsheet updated to track which designs have been completed.
Assist the team with any other administrative tasks related to the project.
What We're Looking For:
Familiarity and confidence using Adobe Photoshop
for basic image editing. You should be comfortable with resizing, cropping, and saving files.
A good eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
You are organised, reliable, and punctual.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and happy working independently on a computer.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
What You'll Gain:
Practical, hands-on experience within a growing e-commerce business.
Experience using industry-standard software and platforms.
A great addition to your CV.
How to Apply:
