We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our digital presence, optimise sales channels, and drive growth across our e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales. Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels. Oversee SEO optimisation efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Coordinate content creation, including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials. Utilise Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to update website content and ensure visual consistency. Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare detailed reports for management. Manage email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new clients. Lead social media management efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement. Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen client relationships. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.

Qualifications



Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within e-commerce environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT tools relevant to digital marketing. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for online audiences across various platforms. Demonstrated expertise in social media management and email marketing campaigns. Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or projects effectively.
