Reporting into the Head of E-commerce, you'll be responsible for supporting the team in the day-to-day management of our digital platforms, ensuring everything runs smoothly while consistently delivering best-in-class user experience. You'll play a key role in delivering our digital strategy; supporting cross-functional projects, implementing campaigns, and maintaining seamless communication across teams.
You'll collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Technology and Customer Service, and become an essential link between operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the digital space.

What You'll Doing
Owning day-to-day management of our website and mobile app, keeping content fresh, functional, and fully optimised
Creating and updating products, blogs, and landing pages, with SEO and internal systems in mind
Monitoring site health daily and ensuring everything's running smoothly
Managing third-party apps and plugins, liaising with providers to troubleshoot and improve functionality
Supporting digital campaign rollouts across the website and app, working with Brand and E-commerce
Building, scheduling, and reporting on weekly email and app campaigns using Klaviyo and Firebase
Assisting paid media activity across Google, Meta, Pinterest and more--ensuring everything aligns with the site
Maintaining product accuracy across categories like coffee, subscriptions, and training, and supporting stock flow
Analysing and reporting on performance weekly and monthly--plus responding to ad hoc requests
Supporting Customer Service, coordinating copy and assets with Brand and Copywriter teams
Bringing a customer-first lens to everything, ensuring a smooth, value-rich digital experience
Keeping a close eye on competitors and brand inspiration, bringing fresh ideas to the table
