Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator
to help take us to the next level. This is a
broad and flexible role
, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats -- from creative campaign planning to customer service and daily admin.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate our marketing efforts: email campaigns, newsletters, and social content
Manage and update our websites and online platforms
Handle product listings, imagery, pricing, and copywriting
Monitor performance and customer feedback to improve listings and marketing strategies
Respond to customer enquiries by email and phone, providing excellent support
Help fulfil orders and coordinate with suppliers when needed
Collaborate with our small team to keep operations running smoothly
Who You Are:
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple tasks
Friendly and professional in written and verbal communication
Creative with an eye for branding, tone of voice, and marketing content
Comfortable with websites, social media, and e-commerce tools
Proactive, flexible, and happy to muck in -- from strategy to simple admin
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Strong communication skills (especially written English)
Experience with websites (Shopify or similar), crafting engaging email campaigns, and social media.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Enthusiasm for varied work and willingness to "muck in" wherever we need you
Passion for both creativity and data analysis
Eager to share and develop your existing expertise.
Desirable:
Experience in marketing or e-commerce
Familiarity with platforms like Etsy, Faire, NOTHS, Shopify, etc.
Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, email marketing, etc.)
Design skills (e.g. graphic design, Adobe Photoshop or Canva)
Experience using Mailchimp, Omnisend or similar platforms
