Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Director to lead our online marketing strategies and drive growth in our digital sales channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence in the B2B sector, utilising innovative marketing techniques to engage customers and optimise our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, and content creation to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to enhance website functionality and user experience. Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly. Create compelling copy for various marketing channels that resonates with target audiences. Analyse performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

Skills



Proven experience in B2B e-commerce marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for copywriting that engages audiences. Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools to drive organic traffic. Strong project management abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies for customer engagement. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.
