South West Leisure Spares( www.southwestleisurespares.co.uk) is a growing e-commerce company based in Somerset, specialising in parts for the Leisure motorhome industry. Our customers range from Body Shops and Service managers to Motorhome and camping enthusiast , and we take pride in offering quality products backed by clear, helpful information. With an in-house team of marketers, developers, and a photographer, we're now looking for a skilled wordsmith to help take our content to the next level.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused E-commerce Product Listing & Content Specialist to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a flair for writing and a keen eye for detail to gain hands-on experience in digital content, e-commerce, and marketing.

This is an in-office role where your primary focus will be content production -- from writing product listings to blog posts and video scripts. You'll be responsible for creating clear, well-structured, and accurate copy that helps customers understand our products and make confident buying decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Mainly on own website, Amazon and Ebay. Experience in listing goods on these channels is essential.

Organise product data (e.g., SKUs, specs, dimensions, pricing) Turn bullet-point notes into well-written blog posts, collection content, and video scripts Work closely with our photographer to ensure content and visuals align Maintain a consistent tone of voice and formatting across listings and content Occasionally assist with content audits and data clean-up projects

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a blend of skills, curiosity, and initiative. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree (or equivalent experience) in English, Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field Exceptional writing skills - clear, accurate, engaging, with excellent spelling and grammar Strong Excel skills - confident working with spreadsheets, including formulas and formatting An interest in e-commerce, content creation, or digital marketing A practical mindset or hands-on hobby (e.g. DIY, construction, engineering, mechanics) - this helps when writing about our product range The ability to turn bullet-point ideas into well-structured blog posts or video scripts Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing product data Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively A willingness to learn, take ownership of your work, and grow within the role A collaborative attitude and enjoyment of team-based working

Bonus points (not essential):

Familiarity with SEO or keyword research - a qualification or training in this area would be a definite advantage Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or linnworks a significant advantage. Writing samples or a content portfolio (personal projects are absolutely fine!) Basic knowledge of image editing (e.g. Photoshop) - not essential, but useful

Role Benefits

Accumulative Holiday Entitlement

- 30 days per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays). The holiday allowance increases after 2 years of service, with an extra day added for each additional year, capped at 8 years' service, giving a total of 36 days per annum (including Bank Holidays)
