E Commerce Executive

Job Description

Job Purpose:



The E-commerce Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales channels. This includes managing product listings, optimising digital content, supporting promotional campaigns, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance user experience and drive revenue. Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities:



Website Management:



Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images across all our e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Amazon, eBay). Ensure product categorisation and tagging are SEO-optimised using our dedicated agency. Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Content and Merchandising:



Coordinate content updates including homepage banners, landing pages, and seasonal promotions. Assist in planning and executing online merchandising strategies to boost sales.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Support



Collaborate with the marketing agency to execute email campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and social media advertising. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to analytics reports.

Customer Experience:



Ensure the online customer journey is smooth and user-friendly. Assist in resolving online customer queries in collaboration with the customer service team.

Reporting & Analysis:



Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and online sales performance. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Excel to extract insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail environment. Experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon). Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous Hubspot experience a bonus.

Desirable Attributes:



Social Media campaign experience. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Proactive and solution oriented. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and supply chain.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
