Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales You will play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce strategy, utilising various digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance our online presence and boost sales.

E-Commerce Specialist

, you will be managing and growing the company's E-Commerce presence across multiple platforms.

Duties

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape. Utilise social media management skills to promote products and engage with customers across multiple platforms. Analyse website traffic and sales data using tools such as Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.

Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent command of English with strong written communication skills for creating product descriptions and marketing content. Managing online advertising campaigns effectively. Leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive projects forward. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends to stay ahead in a competitive market.
