Using our family recipes, Scottish produce, and home-grown spices, we've built a strong D2C presence with 35,000+ online customers.

Our retail brand is now showcased in 700+ UK stores, including garden centres, farm shops, forecourts, and Co-op societies.

We are now looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth & CRM Manager to accelerate our online sales and manage key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Growth

Drive online sales and conversion on praveenkumar.com Optimise product pages, offers, and user journey Build weekly performance dashboards and insights
CRM & Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Create automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, replenishment) Build and schedule high-converting campaigns Improve retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value
Content & Branding (Canva)

Produce digital assets for email, ads, website & social Keep brand visuals consistent across all channels
Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)

Manage Google Search & Shopping campaigns Manage and scale Meta Ads for acquisition and retargeting Run creative tests, analyse results, and optimise performance
Agency & Budget Management

Manage external digital agencies (PPC, SEO, creative) Allocate, track, and optimise monthly ad budgets Report ROI, CPA, ROAS and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For

Experience in e-commerce or digital growth roles Strong Klaviyo skills (automations + campaigns) Confident using Canva for design Proven experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Ability to manage agencies and hold them accountable Strong budgeting and reporting skills Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving Able to work independently and take ownership

Pay: 32,500.00-40,000.00 per year
