Ecommerce Manager

who will lead online strategy, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple consumer brands.

This role is primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week after probation.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and deliver a comprehensive end-to-end ecommerce growth strategy. Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and optimise online sales. Drive performance through data-led decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Optimise customer journeys through UX and CRO initiatives. Oversee website merchandising, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences. Manage budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI and growth. Produce analytical reports to inform strategic direction and identify new opportunities. Support cross-brand collaboration and provide assistance to other ecommerce teams when needed. Contribute to customer service support during peak periods to maintain brand connection.

What We're Looking For



Minimum

4 years' experience

working within an ecommerce business, demonstrating measurable growth. At least

2 years in a management or leadership role

within ecommerce. Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset. Expertise in at least three of the following areas:

+ Content creation
+ Email marketing
+ SEO / PPC
+ Influencer marketing
+ Social media (organic and paid)
+ CRO / UX optimisation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. Creative thinker who thrives in a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Desirable (But Not Essential)



Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of additional digital channels (digital PR, SMS marketing, marketplaces). Familiarity with tools such as Canva or other graphic software. Video content creation and editing skills.
