We at Apex Workwear are seeking an experienced and? dynamic Ecommerce Manager to manage our website and marketing efforts, to continuously enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise, project management skills, and analytical abilities to drive growth on the Shopify platform. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform, ensuring all orders are swiftly processed and managed. Communicate closely with our marketing agency to scale growth via Google and Meta advertisements. Evaluate and look into SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Utilise email marketing campaigns on Klaviyo to increase repeat customer acquisition, engagement and conversion rates. Conduct thorough analysis of performance using Google Analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Lead project management efforts when uploading? new product ranges? and execute promotional campaigns in a timely manor. Create compelling copy for product descriptions, advertisements, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences. Manage and regularly post on our social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction. Collaborate with our web developers to ensure website performance, security, and integration with other systems is at its best.

Qualifications

Proven experience in ecommerce management or related fields with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles. Proficiency in Shopify for website management; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous for content creation. Excellent communication skills in flient English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
