About the Role:
We're looking for a
creative, strategic and locally based
part-time team member with a
marketing background
-- ideally someone who's
studying or experienced in how to help brands grow online

You'll work closely with our founder in Stroud to plan and execute strategies that drive website traffic, increase online sales, and strengthen Surya Chamak's digital footprint. We're looking for someone who understands how the online world works -- from social media and SEO to PR and digital storytelling -- and can help bring more eyes to the brand.
This role will involve regular in-person collaboration at our Stroud shop for content creation and strategy sessions, alongside some remote work.
What You'll Do:
Optimise website listings and visuals to increase online conversions
Plan and run engaging social and email marketing campaigns
Research trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
Manage influencer outreach, PR submissions, and brand features
Seek opportunities to get the brand seen -- magazines, blogs, podcasts, local press, and events
Analyse results and suggest actions to boost traffic and sales
Support everyday brand marketing, content ideas, and community engagement
What We're Looking For:
Marketing background (either studying or experienced in marketing, communications, or digital growth)
Understanding of e-commerce and how to grow online sales
Confidence using social media, Canva, and Shopify (training can be provided)
Creative thinker who's also data-minded
Excellent communication and writing skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping small brands grow
Ideally based in or near
Stroud, Gloucestershire
Details:
Part-time:
1-2 days per week (flexible hours, hybrid with in-person meetings in Stroud)
Pay:
200/month to start (with potential to increase as online sales grow)
