Role Overview

We are seeking an

eCommerce Email, Social & CRM Manager

with a

deep knowledge of and genuine passion for luxury fashion

to shape how our brand communicates with its clients across digital channels.

This role is for someone who understands that luxury is defined by

detail, restraint, craftsmanship, and storytelling

. You will be responsible for translating our collections, materials, and heritage into refined email and social communications, while partnering closely with eCommerce and creative teams to ensure a seamless, elevated customer journey from inbox and feed through to site.

This is a brand-guardian role first, with commercial performance delivered through experience, not volume.

Key ResponsibilitiesLuxury Brand Storytelling

Translate the brand's fashion collections, materials, craftsmanship, and heritage into elevated email and social storytelling Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury fashion codes, trends, and seasonal rhythms Ensure every communication reflects impeccable tone, visual balance, and editorial quality
Email, CRM & Client Experience

Own the email and CRM experience across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on long-term loyalty Create lifecycle journeys that feel curated, personal, and concierge-led rather than automated Develop bespoke communications for VIP and high-value clients, including private previews and early access
Social Media (Owned Channels)

Curate organic social content that reflects the brand's fashion authority and aesthetic Plan social storytelling around collections, launches, campaigns, and cultural moments Maintain consistency between social, email, and wider brand communications
Design & Content Creation

Create and adapt refined email and social assets using

Canva or equivalent design tools

, always working within brand guidelines Apply a strong eye for layout, typography, imagery, and pacing appropriate to luxury fashion Brief and collaborate with videographer and photographer creatives where required
eCommerce, Shopify & UX Alignment

Work closely with eCommerce teams using

Shopify or Shopify Plus

Ensure email and social campaigns align with on-site creative, merchandising, and storytelling Apply understanding of luxury eCommerce UX to support a considered, frictionless client journey
Calendar, Cadence & Brand Integrity

Own a carefully considered communications calendar across email and social Protect cadence and restraint to preserve exclusivity and brand trust
Measurement with Brand Sensitivity

Monitor engagement, retention, and client behaviour without compromising brand values Use insight to refine experience, storytelling, and loyalty rather than short-term conversion alone
Ideal Profile

Demonstrable

passion for luxury fashion

, handbags, and craftsmanship Professional experience within

luxury fashion, accessories, or premium lifestyle brands

Strong editorial instinct and understanding of luxury brands Experience with email marketing platforms e.g. Klayvio Confident creating on-brand assets using

Canva (or similar tools)

Familiar with

Shopify environments

, eCommerce trading, and luxury UX principles Comfortable collaborating with board members, digital merchandiser and advertising agency
