Job Summary

The Lash Hause is seeking a creative and highly organised

Part-Time E-commerce Marketing Manager

to lead our digital marketing activity across social media, email marketing and campaign planning. This role will be responsible for managing our online presence, planning and executing monthly and seasonal campaigns, and supporting the continued growth of our beauty e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate will have

1-2 years' experience

in marketing or e-commerce, a strong understanding of the

beauty industry

, and the ability to manage campaigns from concept through to execution.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and execute

monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns

Manage and grow our

social media platforms

, including content planning and posting Create and schedule

marketing emails

for promotions, launches and campaigns Build and maintain a

forward-planned marketing calendar

Support product launches and promotional activity Ensure all marketing aligns with brand tone, visuals and strategy Monitor performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and sales Stay up to date with lash, beauty and e-commerce trends

Skills

Strong understanding of

e-commerce marketing

and online sales strategies Confident managing and growing

social media platforms

for a brand Experience creating and scheduling

marketing emails and campaigns

Ability to plan and manage

monthly and seasonal marketing calendars

Creative content creation with a strong eye for

branding and aesthetics

Excellent

organisation and time-management

skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication skills for captions, emails and promotions Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance and suggest improvements Knowledge of the

beauty industry

and current trends Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively

About You

1-2 years' experience

in digital marketing, e-commerce or social media Experience within the

beauty industry

(lashes, aesthetics, skincare or similar) Confident managing

social media and email marketing

Strong organisational and planning skills Creative eye with attention to detail Able to work independently and manage deadlines Experience with Shopify, email platforms and scheduling tools is desirable

Working Pattern & Salary

Part-time:

3 days per week

Hybrid:

Mix of work from home plus occasional days at different locations

Salary:

27,000 per year
