Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms with accuracy and attention to detail Monitor and respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, or phone with professional etiquette Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds efficiently Maintain organised digital files and records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools Perform regular inventory checks and coordinate with suppliers as needed Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record keeping Support marketing initiatives by creating content and updating product descriptions Ensure all online content aligns with brand standards and company policies

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is desirable but not essential
