August International is a UK based international company that leads the research, development and supply of consumer electronic products with the latest technology and advanced features. The company is specialized in development of wireless and smart audio and video signal receivers, decoders, streaming and display devices and wearable electronic products.

Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with offices in UK, Germany, and China, we are currently recruiting an E-commerce Merchandiser to join the team in our Hoddesdon Hertfordshire office.

Key Duties:

Product management at various online marketplaces and company websites Creating and managing engaging contents, including product descriptions, images, and videos. Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and planning promotions to drive sales. Handling marketing and promotion campaigns on search engines and social media Optimising search engine rankings and conversion rate Monitoring and maintaining the health of seller accounts at marketplaces Handling phone and email enquiries from customers
Required Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years' experience working with ecommerce websites, such as Shopify, TikTok, Tesco, B&Q, Amazon & Ebay Good eye for details with strong contents writing skills Passionate about digital and smart consumer electronics products Good understanding of digital and social media marketing Experience of using Google Ads, Google Campaign, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM and PPC Good knowledge about Linnworks, Mailchimp, video creating, Liquid Code Demonstratable skills in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic editing software Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Be able to prioritise and multitask Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Good team player and enthusiastic Punctual and professional
This is a full time office based position, working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00- 17:30 with one hour lunch break.

Starting salary from 32,000- 35,000 depending on experience, plus sales linked performance pay, 20 days paid annual leave, 8 days public holiday, annual bonus and work pension.
