Job Description

We're a fast-growing UK manufacturing brand producing wall panels and home products sold on Shopify, eBay, TikTok, and Amazon. Everything's made in-house using machinery -- no middlemen, no nonsense. We're expanding and looking for a sharp, ambitious individual who wants to grow into a key role.

Role Overview:

You'll assist across e-commerce operations, listings, and digital marketing. You'll help manage product listings, SEO, PPC campaigns, customer messages, and order flow. You'll work closely with the owner and production team to make sure everything runs smoothly from listing to dispatch.

Responsibilities:

Create and optimise listings on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify Handle SEO, keyword research, and PPC ads (training provided if needed) Oversee order processing and coordinate with production Manage customer messages and feedback Track sales data and performance reports Assist with marketing ideas and product launches Eventually help supervise a small team as we grow

Requirements:

Basic experience in e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar) Understanding of SEO, PPC, or digital marketing is a bonus Strong English communication and organisational skills Tech-savvy and quick learner Reliable, sharp, and proactive -- not a clock-watcher Based near Peterborough (or willing to travel)

Hours:

Part-time to start (15-25 hrs/week). Full-time opportunity as we expand.
Flexible hours available.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 7.55-14.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
