E-commerce Operations Executive
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is confident handling both technical platforms and logistics. You'll be working closely with our warehouse, customer service, and finance teams to manage operations across Amazon SFP/FBA, Linnworks, eBay, Shopify Temu, and Tesco
Key Responsibilities
Amazon SFP/FBA
Coordinate product preparation (including packaging standards and labelling).
Manage warehouse transfers and maintain accurate stock records
Plan and prepare pallet shipments
Maintain shipment records, labels, and delivery notes on Microsoft Sharepoint
Book inbound Amazon shipments with our approved carriers
Liaise with warehouse staff to assist with preparing shipments in a timely fashion
Work with the management team enhance our Amazon catalogue with the addition of new products and variations
Maintain the Amazon brand store by adding new products and categories
eBay - Shopify - Tesco - Temu etc
Update listings and product information.
Adjust pricing based on margin forecasts and update promotional offers.
Add new listings via Linnworks or the platform itself
Create or update product categories and maintain front-end website design
Maintain all brand assets including high quality images via our Microsoft Sharepoint site
Product Content & Admin
Assist in design product imagery and Amazon A+ content using Canva.
Assist in create and manage product QR labels (Amazon Transparency Program).
Assist in maintain documentation for all shipping (delivery notes, shipment plans).
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (especially Linnworks, Amazon FBA, eBay, Shopify).
Competence in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint)
Comfortable using shipping platforms and managing logistics.
Good written English and attention to detail.
Graphic design skills in Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of Amazon FBA and the Vendor process.
