About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

E-commerce Operations Executive

to manage the day-to-day running of our online shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce, content creation, and customer care. You will be responsible for product listings, order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from product discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Content Management

Upload and manage product listings on Shopify Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions Coordinate with brands to source product imagery, dimensions, and specifications Enter and maintain all product data, including weights and packaging details Ensure product listings are visually consistent and up to date

Customer Support & Service

Respond to online order queries, return requests, and general customer enquiries Offer friendly, solution-focused communication via email and other channels Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policy

Order Fulfilment & Logistics

Process and pack online orders according to internal wrapping protocols (including fragile items) Research and coordinate competitive shipping options for domestic and international orders Track shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery to customers Maintain high standards of presentation and care in all packaging

Skills & Experience:

Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred) Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail Strong organisational and multitasking abilities A customer-first attitude with a professional and warm approach Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or retail fulfilment is a plus
