We're looking for a commercially driven E-commerce individual to lead our product sales strategy and revenue growth across our tech product range. With operations on Shopify and Amazon, this role is central to optimising our product offering, pricing strategy, and customer experience as we scale across our online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Merchandising
Develop and execute buying strategies for consumer tech products (e.g., accessories, devices, peripherals)
Manage product listings, pricing, and lifecycle across Shopify and Amazon
Monitor sales performance and adjust buying decisions to optimize inventory turnover and reduce dead stock
Provide daily / weekly / monthly performance reports
Identify new opportunities, categories, and sales channels for growth
Commercial Strategy
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform product and pricing decisions
Collaborate with marketing to plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Own margin management and dynamic pricing strategies across platforms, with clearly documented terms of sales for each marketplace and channel
Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven insights
Shopify & Amazon Operations
Monitor and improve performance metrics (e.g., Buy Box, ACoS, CTR, conversion rates)
Stay up to date with platform changes, policies, and best practices
1st Line customer service, returns management and dispute management
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with digital marketing, operations and finance
Provide input on website merchandising, UX improvements, and customer journey optimization
Support new product development and category expansion initiatives
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in e-commerce and commercial sales roles within tech or consumer electronics
Strong understanding of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards
Familiarity with digital marketing, PPC, and SEO for e-commerce
Strong communication and project management abilities
