We are a boutique independent publishing studio producing cinematic, high-end print and digital editorials that bridge fine craftsmanship, visual storytelling, and emotional design.

We are now seeking a

detail-driven, editorially minded project coordinator

to support the completion and coordination of multiple upcoming publications. This role is ideal for someone with a background in publishing, communication, or editorial production who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment.

Your Responsibilities



Coordinate

editorial production timelines and calendars

Manage communication with contributors: outreach, reminders, and file delivery (interviews, images, bios, etc.) Organize editorial assets: photography, text, credits, and creative materials for layout Track status and update internal documentation across multiple magazines Provide proofreading and light editing support as needed Assist with print production logistics, rights tracking, and brand confirmations Maintain clean file structures and digital archives Communicate clearly and professionally with creatives, writers, and featured partners

What We're Looking For



A background or degree in

Publishing, Literature, Journalism, Communication, or Cultural Studies

Genuine interest in

independent publishing, narrative design, and editorial storytelling

2+ years of professional experience

in publishing, editorial coordination, or creative production required.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have worked within structured editorial workflows (e.g. magazine teams, content studios, or production environments), and who are comfortable managing contributor communication and deadlines under real-world conditions.

Excellent written English (native or near-native fluency) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing

multiple threads and deadlines

at once Calm, proactive communicator who follows through Familiarity with creative industries (publishing, fashion, design, visual arts) Tech-savvy: Google Drive, Sheets, file management, shared folders
Bonus: Prior experience in an editorial or cultural publishing environment (internship, assistant, contributor, coordinator)
