As Retail Education Manager, you are Dermalogica's retail selling expert. Your role is to shape and deliver the retail education strategy with one clear goal: to drive sales. You partner with the Retail Director, Flagship Manager, and leadership team to embed a culture of selling across
all retail environments

, tailoring content to the realities of busy shop floors and guest-facing experiences. Additionally, you are responsible for the
training and upskilling of the retail executive team
, ensuring leaders are equipped to cascade best practices and drive performance.
Beyond training, you represent Dermalogica at events and activations, connecting with consumers in creative ways to showcase the benefits of our brand. This is a remote role with travel across the UK and Ireland requiring a hands-on, commercially driven leader who can inspire others to sell.
You are a dynamic retail leader with a proven track record in selling and sales training. You inspire confidence, drive results, and know how to translate education into commercial success.
Strong experience in retail sales and selling skills training (beauty, wellness, FMCG, premium retail, or cruise ships).
Track record of building sales performance through training and coaching.
Skilled at conversion, upselling, and client relationship building.
Excellent communicator, presenter, and facilitator - both live and digital.
Commercially focused, with the ability to link education directly to sales results.
Collaborative, flexible, and confident working across multiple retail partners.
Level 3 Beauty Therapy (including electrical modalities) minimum.
Other Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel extensively across the UK, Ireland, and international cruise ship locations.
Flexible to work evenings/weekends for events, training, and ship schedules.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
Shape and lead the retail selling strategy
Partner with the Retail leadership team to design training programmes that put selling skills at the heart of Dermalogica education.
Work closely with the Flagship Manager to set the standard of service and selling, ensuring the Flagship leads the way as a benchmark for
all retail environments

Champion a retail selling culture that can also be transferred into the professional trade channel.
Constantly evaluate training against sales results, adjusting to maximise impact.
Lead the
training and upskilling of the retail executive team

, building strong relationships with retailer education teams.
Develop tailored training content that directly addresses conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.

Support pharmacy retail by building staff confidence in talking about and selling Dermalogica.
Adapt training style and focus to meet the specific needs of each retail environment.
Represent the brand with impact
Be recognised as Dermalogica's retail selling champion, inspiring staff with your ability to connect and convert.
Represent Dermalogica at consumer-facing events, thinking creatively to engage shoppers and highlight brand benefits.

Work in partnership with Retail, Sales, and Marketing to align training with activations, promotions, and campaigns.
