We're looking for an experienced E?Fulfilment Manager to lead and optimize our end?to?end fulfilment operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast?paced logistics environment, understands the dynamics of e?commerce, and knows how to turn operational complexity into smooth, reliable customer experiences.

Day to Day

Oversee daily e?fulfilment operations including inventory management, order processing, packing, and dispatch Manage e-fulfilment teams to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety Optimize fulfilment work flows to reduce lead times and improve service levels Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on?time delivery, inventory integrity, and cost per order Collaborate with other departments including transport to maintain reliable delivery performance Implement process improvements using data insights, automation tools, and best practices Coordinate with e?commerce, customer service, and inventory teams to ensure seamless order flow Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Lead peak?season planning including staffing, capacity forecasting, and contingency strategies Manage system integrations between WMS, OMS, and e?commerce platforms


What will you bring?

Previous experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics management Strong understanding of e?commerce operations and work flows Proficiency with WMS/OMS systems, including SAP to support data?driven decision?making Leadership and team?management skills with a hands?on approach Excellent problem?solving abilities and comfort working under pressure Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
