We are now looking for an experienced and responsible Electric Bike Courier to join our growing team. In this role, you won't just deliver fresh produce -- you'll be a brand ambassador, a key part of our eco-friendly operations, and the point person responsible for the care, charging, and coordination of our electric bike fleet (2 at the moment!)

What You'll Do:

Deliver fresh produce quickly and safely across London using a company e-bike Use your knowledge of bike-friendly routes to ensure efficient deliveries Build great relationships with chefs, caterers, and hospitality clients Represent Smith & Brock with professionalism and a positive attitude Take ownership of the e-bikes -- including daily charging, cleaning, and basic maintenance Help organise and plan deliveries for both bikes, coordinating with the Transport Manager Ensure bikes are road-safe and ready for daily service Be a visible part of our commitment to sustainability and excellent service

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, hardworking, and proactive individuals A team player with strong communication and organisational skills Physically fit and confident cycling in central London traffic Punctual, customer-friendly, and service-minded Comfortable taking responsibility for equipment and schedules Good spoken English Prior experience with delivery riding or e-bikes is a plus A passion for sustainability is a bonus
