Location: Enfield
Salary: Up to 70,000

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Estimator
to join our growing team, specialising insocial housing projects
across the UK. You'll be responsible for compiling competitive bids, producing accurate take-offs, and supporting pre-construction activities on projects ranging from50k to 5m
.Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed cost estimates from specifications Evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors (incl. mechanical/building works) Create and manage pricing schedules and tender documentation Provide value engineering and technical support to clients Work on multiple tenders simultaneously, including D&B projects Prepare tender-stage programmes and logistics plans
What We're Looking For:
Strong electrical knowledge (essential) Experience with estimating software (ideally Ensign) Social housing or similar sector experience preferred Strong numeracy, communication, and negotiation skills Mechanical knowledge or interest in renewables is a bonus
