Electrical Improver

to join our expanding renewables team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the

solar PV and battery storage installation & Air Source Heat Pump Installation

field, while contributing to our mission of delivering clean energy solutions across South Wales.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Improver, you'll be supporting our experienced electricians on a variety of tasks, including:

Assisting with

electrical installations

of solar PV systems and battery storage Supporting in

DC/AC wiring and protection

for solar systems Helping with

installation and commissioning

of battery storage units Assisting with the testing and commissioning of systems Carrying out fault finding and maintenance on existing systems Learning and adhering to all health and safety standards Supporting the wider renewables and heating team as needed

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation

(or equivalent) Working towards your

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

(or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

(BS 7671) knowledge (or willingness to learn) Some experience or keen interest in

solar PV and battery storage

systems is a plus

Full UK driving licence

(essential) Strong

attention to detail

and a passion for clean energy Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to progress in your electrical career
