We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Improver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Collaborate with senior electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols.
Document work completed and report any issues to the supervisor.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in electrical work.
Requirements
Proven experience or training in electrical work is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to electrical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
A commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
Public liability insurance
Ecs is required or equivalent.
