The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in electrical work and demonstrate proficiency with both hand and power tools. This role is essential for supporting our electrical projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

Assist qualified electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out tasks such as wiring, circuit installation, and equipment assembly. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly after use.

Requirements

Previous experience in an electrical role is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with electrical systems and components. Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to health and safety practices within the workplace is essential.
