Black Sheep Homes are seeking a reliable and motivated
Electrical Improver
to join our team on a new build housing development in
Oxford
. You will work under the guidance of our on-site electrician, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with
first fix
and
second fix
electrical installations.
Running cables, fitting accessories, and general installation work.
Working effectively as part of a team and following instructions from the lead electrician.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with site safety requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as an
Electrical Improver
on residential or new build projects.
Must have
own tools
and
reliable transportation
.
Ability to work efficiently, safely, and professionally on a busy construction site.
Valid ECS or CSCS card
(must be in date).
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
