Tiger Tim Products Ltd is the world's leading manufacturer of firelighters and BBQ products, proudly based in North Wales. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our high-performance production facility. This is a hands-on role, working as part of a small, skilled team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to minimise downtime. Respond quickly and effectively to production breakdowns and technical faults. Perform repairs, servicing, and overhauls on a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and new equipment installations. Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain high standards of safety and output.
About You

We're looking for a practical, hands-on electrical technician with strong electrical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You'll have:

Proven experience in a process or production environment, ideally involving packaging machinery. Strong knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance systems. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. HNC or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Experience with industrial electrical installations. Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for overtime and occasional weekend work when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20.13 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
