About the Role

Keldin Engineering is recruiting an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to manage an OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) electrical package on a major data centre project in Cardiff.

This is a senior site-based role requiring strong supervision capability, experience in critical infrastructure, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating closely with vendors, clients, and project teams.

This role is suitable for candidates seeking either permanent employment or a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities associated with the electrical OFCI package Act as the primary on-site interface with the electrical vendor and client team Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, programme, and RAMS Enforce site health & safety compliance at all times Manage quality control, inspections, snagging, and close-out activities Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and project management teams Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates Identify and resolve technical or programme issues proactively Work autonomously while contributing effectively to the wider project team

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on similar projects Proven experience on data centre or critical infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience supervising OFCI electrical packages SSSTS or SMSTS - mandatory Strong understanding of electrical installation, QA/QC, and site coordination Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organisational skills Right to work in the UK or EU (British or European work authorisation required)

Desirable Experience

Vendor-led or client-furnished package management Commissioning and handover exposure Experience in high-compliance environments (data centres, pharma, industrial)
